Since her appointment as a United Nations Messenger of Peace in 2002, Dr. Jane Goodall has consistently delivered powerful messages on the importance of harmony and coexistence among people, animals, and the nature.
We are deeply honored by the opportunity to hear her speak in person and to gain insight from her extraordinary journey — beginning with her early career as a secretary and evolving into a life of groundbreaking scientific work and global advocacy.

As ecosystems around the world are being destroyed and countless lives are lost to war, we find ourselves living in an increasingly chaotic era.Yet, Dr. Jane Goodall continues to remind us that "there is still hope."
We truly hope that many people will have the chance to meet and be inspired by her.

My childhood dream was to work in wildlife conservation in Africa. I often dreamed of scenes where I lived alongside cheetahs. Today, I’m working in Japan on forest restoration projects for the benefit of wild animals. There are times when the harsh realities nearly break my heart, but I have always held deep admiration and respect for Jane—for her all-embracing love and her words that resonate with truth. I look forward to the day when like-minded people come together, our paths feel affirmed, and hope and strength fill the air.

At one time, the forests of Gombe in Tanzania were facing severe destruction. But thanks to ongoing conservation efforts, they have begun to recover and expand once again. There is no shortage of bad news in the world—but we must not lose hope, and in fact, we have no reason to. That is the message Dr. Jane continues to share with us.
